We hope you, your family, friends and colleagues are staying safe and well. We are updating our pages and contacting clients regularly as soon as we know more information or if guidance changes
Update: 10 May 2021 - We are fully operational for essential first aid training! 😁😁😁
We follow strict COVID-19 guidelines and advice during all training delivery and depending on the course it could be online too.
We offer blended learning for a number of courses to reduce contact time.
Visit the Blended Learning page here
Whatever your needs, we can deliver, get in contact now, the team is growing and we are expanding!
First Aid training is still an essential part of a safe working environment and a HSE requirement. We are able to deliver everything you need in a COVID secure way
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the HSE have released a statement regarding a further extension to First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work certificate validity:
First Aid at Work (FAW) and Emergency First aid at Work (EFAW) certificates requalification
First aid providers have resumed first aid training and assessment. In some cases, there remains a back log or limited availability.
FAW or EFAW certificates that expired after 16 March 2020 can remain valid until 31 October 2020 or 6 months from date of expiry, whichever is later. All requalification training for these certificates should be completed by 31 March 2021.
To qualify for the extension, employers must be able to demonstrate that:
This guidance now applies to employers in England, Scotland and Wales.

We have the facility to deliver 'essential' first aid training (according to current guidelines) to you as long as you can demonstrate the need. Please continue to read the below for information and links. Any training we deliver will be COVID secure! Hopefully see you soon!
We have launched our 'Family First Aid' courses and Gift Cards (below) to try and keep the flame alive for the future so please look out for that and recommend to anyone you know!
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has made a statement for those employees holding regulated qualifications in First Aid and other mandatory skills that have an expiration date. An extension is possible to these qualifications but please click here to read the full details to check if you or your staff qualify for an extension. You are also welcome to use our First Aid Requirements Calculator for your organisation to better understand your needs
We are still able to take future bookings online at www.frontlinefirstaid.co.uk via email or phone with agreed future payment schedules to meet your current and possibly changing needs.
As you will be well aware, there are financial implications for every organisation during this pandemic and the special measures it requires, therefore to continue providing a great service and to save you money on any further bookings, we would welcome you to give us a call or send an email to discuss any further savings we could afford you.
It is a difficult time for us as a small business and taking on a challenge like this in the final quarter of our first year isn’t ideal but we are determined to carry on. The current Government measures, which we fully support, do make it challenging to stay trading as all of our scheduled courses have had to be put on hold or cancelled. We would like to sincerely thank you for your custom so far and hope you will still consider Frontline Training for any First Aid or other further training you need.
We would like to ask if you have any contacts within other organisations that may need any training in the future, that you could point them in our direction or simply share this page or website with them
Stay safe, keep well and look after each other 😊
