Here at Frontline Training we have a robust and detailed quality assurance strategy for all our delivery. We exceed all standards laid down by our Awarding Body, fully Ofqual regulated.
Our Trainer Assessors must (and all do) have;
- appropriate and accredited Teaching Qualifications;
- high levels of occupational and vocational competence;
- demonstrated Continual Professional Development (CPD) in their fields of expertise;
- training logs detailing delivery of regulated courses with positive Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) spanning a minimum of 3 years
Our IQAs hold all of the above, plus vocational and occupational qualifications and competence.
They are qualified, competent and capable at getting the best out of your Trainers, Assessors, IQAs, Delivery Coordinators, Coaches, Mentors or anyone you have delivering face to face
